This Privacy Policy describes how Jomolpla — Moldes Para Plásticos, Lda. ("Jomolpla") collects and processes personal data of the users of this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — "GDPR") and other applicable legislation.

The only personal data collected on this website is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, subject and message. For security and abuse-prevention purposes, the date and originating IP address of each submission are also recorded.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed exclusively to reply to contact and quotation requests. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and Jomolpla's legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months from receipt, unless a contractual relationship begins — in which case data may be kept for the applicable statutory periods.

Jomolpla does not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is hosted on servers contracted by Jomolpla within the European Economic Area, under agreements that ensure its protection.

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The corporate video is provided via YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) and only loads if you click to watch it — at that point YouTube/Google privacy policies may apply.
